Easy Pecan Chicken

Cut up chicken breast in half. Dip Chicken in melted butter. Then place chicken in a mix of chopped pecans and Italian bread crumbs. Place in pan. Bake at 350 degrees covered with foil for 30-40mins      

White sauce

Melt ½ cup butter add  1/3 cup flour and cook for one minute stirring. Add chicken broth slowly…until you get the consistency you want…(about 2-3 cans) Add fresh chopped basil (if you have) Dijon mustard to taste
