Q. When I purchase a yearly membership how do I begin to review each FYI Series?

A. You can access your content from the menu bar (when you are logged in) under Member Courses.

Q. How do I receive and access my courses?

A. You have immediate access to all course content and may view at your leisure.

Q. I don't see a Member Store.

A. The Member Store is only visible to logged in Exclusive Membership users.

Q. I joined early on when FYI has subscription payments. How do I stop them?

A. PayPal handles all reoccurring billing. Simply log into your Paypal account,  go to My money in your Profile, then update the “My pre-approved payments” section. Your account and content access will be active until the end of the current billing cycle. Note: If you were manually added to the membership by Julie Gorman you will not be automatically billed by PayPal. Only those who purchase a previous membership through the website will have to manually stop automatic payments.
